Press Technology

The pressing technique is used primarily to reduce the volume of waste material. So we assure better conditions and a better use of space for further processing.

Packaging Presses

Packaging presses are presses for processing/packaging metal waste parts. The basic function of the press is to reduce the volume of waste material. The formed packages are easy to use for further processing.

Continuous Presses

The continuous presses with greater power are suitable mainly for the pressing of non-metallic materials (paper, PET packaging, plastic bottles, foils, etc.).
They are mostly used in sorting plants where the waste is collected separately, or for processes for which a continuous pressing of the material is necessary, so that at the end of the process we get bales in the form of cubes.

Vertical Presses

Vertical presses are adapted for pressing smaller quantities of packaging waste and other waste. They need less work surface. They are used to compress waste paper, cardboard, textiles, foils and PET packaging.

Hydraulic Shears

Hydraulic shears are a universal machine for cutting of metal or packaging of waste material of medium thickness.

Example of use: Cutting a steel piece with a size of 800 x 600 mm, length of 1000 to 1200 mm; this piece is suitable for ironworks or foundries and for the production of packages that are suitable for further processing in shredders. The length of the steel parts can be adjusted as desired.
